REFERRAL FEES Each time a customer clicks through from your web site to EZWebCatalog and successfully sign up for an account(excluding free test drive accounts) and that customer does not canncel his or her account within the first three month, EZWebCatalog will pay you $100 USD. 2. REFERRAL FEES SCHEDULE EZWebCatalog will pay you the refferal fees every three month. 3. POLICIES AND PRICING Customers who sign up an account with EZWebCatalog through this Affiliate Program will be customers of EZWebCatalog. We may change our policies, refferal fees and operating procedures at any time. We may terminate your affiliate account and agreement at any time. EZWebCatalog.com reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at it's sole discretion. Affiliate agrees to bind all customers that sign up account with EZWebCatalog to the current EZWebCatalog Terms and Agreements. 4. RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR SITE You will be solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site. You must have express permission to use another party's copyrighted or other proprietary material. We will not be responsible if you use another party's copyrighted or other proprietary material on your site in violation of the law. 5. MODIFICATION We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in referral fees, referral fee schedules. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement. Your continued participation in the Program following the posting of a new Agreement on Our Site will constitute binding acceptance of the change. 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, or for any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
